The OT Realtor is BACK!

When building something worth wild, it takes TIME.

3 years ago, I decided to go out on a limb and make the transition from full time clinical OT (with patients that I LOVED), to real estate.

I had the very narrow mindset that I would advocate for, and serve individuals who were ready to move from their homes into a senior living community. This measly business model has grown to be SO MUCH MORE.

Now with a CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist) certification, as well as a hard earned ECHM (Executive Certificate in Home Modification) I, along with my business partner, Nick, are able to serve at a very high level.

While it may appear that our main “bread and butter” is real estate sales, I hope that if you have been following along, that you see that our mission is So. Much. More!

With much thought and intentionality we have curated a formal mission to EXCEED the standard, IMPACT lives, and FOREVER change communities. Sounds lovely, right? Well, what does it mean!?

As The OT Realtor, I am not looking to just “sling homes.” If you or a family member has a disability or special need that is impacted by the built environment (home). I want to listen, and get to know you, so that I may educate and equip you with all of your options.

This is just one example of how our real estate company is EXCEEDING the standard.

Keep following along to learn more about the “IMPACT” and “FOREVER” piece, but for now, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for your love and support. It has been an amazing ride!
